Six unspectacular quirks I have.

And now, to my spectacularly unspectacular quirks:
1. I like to brush my teeth while I'm in the shower. Yeah. Don't know what that's about, but there it is.
2. When I'm cooking--really cooking, not just assembling a meal--I always play fun music I can dance and sing to. (yes, that includes ABBA, Neil Diamond and the likes), but when I do house work I like angry, head banger music.
3. I don't like breakfast but I know it isn't healthy to skip it so I force myself to drink a yogurt or banana smoothie EVERY SINGLE day.
4. Coffee is only good when it is really hot, so I drink it black. That way, if I ignore it and it gets cold, I can pour it back in the pot, swish it around and it is perfect drinking temperature. I like it out of the same, small plain white cup every day, too.
5. When I work out (which is much more like IF I work out lately) I prefer to wear the same decrepit ratty bike shorts and tank I've had for way to many years to admit. I expect any wash now they will be a tangle of thread in the bottom of the machine, because believe it or not, they did use to get a fair amount of mileage.
6. I hate to shop and try on clothes. And I don't just mean dislike, I mean despise. If the fashion fairies measured me in my sleep, dropped a comfortable and decent looking wardrobe in my closet and I never had to enter a store again I'd be a happy camper!

Hmmm.. I like to brush my teeth in the shower too. I think it shows how efficient we are. LOL!
I love ABBA too! (They were my very first cassette tape) :)

Cassette tape? Couldn't just put that in any old blog comment or you would have the younguns scratching their heads.
Efficient. Hadn't thought of it that way, but I like it.

I've never heard of anyone brushing their teeth in the shower. That's funny. Everything else? Not so quirky if you ask me - you're marvelous, darling! And okay, you know I can't run at the moment, so I guess I'll have to take the challenge. :)
